Paragon Holding LTD was formed in 1977,
at which time the beachfront property
of Turtle's Nest was purchased. Approximately
two years after the purchase of this beach
property, architectural drawings were
completed and were submitted and approved
by the local Government of Anguilla. Directly
afterwards, two models were built on the
site of Turtle's Nest Beach Resort, which
were maintained by the parent company,
Paragon.
However, it was not until 2002 that Paragon's
directors felt that the demand for beachfront
condos in the Meads Bay area was such
that it called for the construction of
28 additional Beachfront residences similar
to the two models already built.
The additional 28 Beachfront Condos at
Turtle's Nest Beach Resort are divided
into two phases, Phase I and II. As of
February 1, 2005, Phase I has been completely
sold out. Only four (4) Beach Condos remain
open for sale in Phase II. |
