if they have not been to Anguilla. We
are located on the very chic West End
of Anguilla where other mega hotels are
located, including the island’s only golf
course, currently under construction.

NO. We are just minutes away from the
best restaurants on Anguilla.

YES. Be reassured, also, by the fact that
Anguilla is virtually crime-free, having
the lowest crime rate of any Caribbean

YES. From the moment you step inside your
condo, the heat of the day will be left

YES. Each condo has telephones, wide-screen
TVs, and reliable Internet access.

8. Do you charge extra for children?
Children under 10 years of age stay for
free. There is a $30 fee per child/per
night for children 10 – 16 years of age.
9. Do you have amusements for children?
YES. Your children will love Anguilla’s
wonderful Water Park, where they can enjoy
the thrill of swimming with the dolphins.
